Seven clinical frontline teams work around the clock to provide Kiwis with the best quality advice and care. We hire highly trained experts to deliver our telehealth services. Our teams include registered nurses, mental health nurses, emergency triage nurses, mental health and addictions professionals, service and support advisors, poisons officers and sexual harm professionals.

We’re led by an experienced and knowledgeable board of six, a young and innovative chief executive and a well-rounded leadership team. Since we’re dealing with the health of New Zealanders every day, we have a Clinical Governance Committee who ensures we are clinically safe, effective, patient centred, culturally sensitive, equitable and timely.
